UNFINALIZED HAIL DAMAGE CLAIM
I claimed for the car hail damage with Dial Direct and it was approved. I'm having a challenge of not getting a go ahead with the company for me to take the car to be fixed. Always when I called, I'm told the division dealing with Hail claims will come back to me. It's been almost 3 weeks trying to finalize this issue with Dial Direct
