Unfair treatment

My husband was involved in an accident, the insurance rejected the claim due to calculate speed and not taking consideration of what caused the accident nor the AR report. We have requested for the detailed report of how the speed was calculated and the calls made between the policy holder, insurer and the third party, now they say that is confidential they cannot give that information and the rejection has got nothing to do with the calls, but we were told that there were tyre marks showing that the car was driving on high speed and there was no vehicle chasing him. Accredeble towing truck has the photos as well. When we ask for all this information they are not giving it to us.

Be very careful with the insurance as they are happy to debit the account and refuse to pay. All we want is proof of the allegations then we will be happy.
