Unexpected negative feedback about DD
I never thought of checking out DD here beforemtaking a policy with them, given their widespread advertising. I don't have any concerns yet but what I've just read has had me very very worried. I have just lodged a claim last Friday and the stories here make me cringe!!!!
I just hope not experience any unpleasantness.
