<p>Conditions of my vehicle insurance policy is that my claim must be more than R4.15k. To ensure that this condition is not met, Dialdirect is going to paint a damaged plastic side mirror cover and are supposedly guaranteed a 10% discount by panelbeaters. It is a plastic cover, how does paint fix that? Not only that but they dropped the assessed repair cost by 10% because they are guaranteed a discount by Automagic panelbeaters. These 2 ensure that the claim value is R100 below my minimum claim amount, as a result my claim was rejected. </p> <p>Now I'm trying to get the car fixed myself, guess what no panelbeater can fix a mirror cover that costs R2k alone to replace with paint as Dialdirect claims is what is needed. Shame on you for ripping clients off.</p>
