Unauthorized debit order.

My policy was meant to be canceled the end of January after my accident. I had unauthorized debit order the end of the month. I spoke to a consult 25 February, mentioning they call me back during the day to cancel my policy. I requested a call back atleast thrice this week, and nothing! Please can I get my money back!
