Attention > Customer care (second Bad review 2021)

Excellent service was promised in 2020 (low premium, 50 % fuel refund) which was in place, but has now come to an end without warning.

1 Communication to Dial Direct via landline or APP is poor which leave the consultants a backdoor for not do follow-up on email requests.

2 Question is all customers treated the same way? If not why is my request / complaint not attend to? (Since 29 Sept) 3 Premium increased without reason From R 955 > R 1200 And No fuel refund at all, this month.

4 Question > Dial Direct can not increase a debit without prior authorization.

This act is called *****ing by law.

I shall have to report theft and bad practice, to the Ombudsman
