Unauthorised debit order deduction

I cancelled my policy for my vehicle insurance with sufficient time of a bit more than a month's notice and still Dialdirect deducted my money which I am unable tp claim back.

Now I am short on some of my commitments and paying insurance double for one car.

They rep**** to my cancellation email but never actually stopped the debit order, so clearly their departments do not communicate with each other.

Clearly they desucted unauthorised money.
