Unauthorised debit order

Went into hippo to get car insurance quotes . Click on daildirect. Got a call from agent got quote.Call my car insurance never got hold of .Hour later my car insurance call me got best deal. Dial direct agent call me told them no longer interested. On 16 of Nov they debit on my account without me unauthorised the debit order of R1273. Wrote them email ,they said will get back to me after 7days of investigation.The 7days passed wrote them email never got response.i just want my money and they have violated the popi act just because they have my information don’t mean they can do what they like with my hard earned money and the spoil my birthday they did on my birthday.it is frustrating what did because I refuse the y car insurance
