Unauthorised debit order

In our current economic times budgeting is extremely important and ensuring that you have sufficient funds for the debit orders you have agreed to. Legislation also protects customers ensuring that debit orders are suitably authorised for the amount and the date by formally authorising a debit order using Debicheck. Unfortunately Dial Direct ignores that and processes debit orders on early redemption so that they can collect before other institutions and before your income is credited. The amount has changed (no advice given) the date has changed (no advice or authority given) and no debicheck has been authorised by me (according to the changes). And to top it off when I called the call centre they said it was my problem. Would you deal with them if you knew that?
