Unattended Geyser Problem

<p>6 Days after reporting my Geyser has burst with flooding, plumbers have not attempted to repair.</p> <p>Hundreds of litres of water has been left to seep into my property, acted on immediately this could have been avoided. </p> <p>Left with no water and limited electricity for 6 days with a family of 5 including a 15 month old baby has left us in perrel - How do we do laundry, How do I bath my baby - at great additional cost.....</p> <p>This wreckless handling of this claim has resulted in substantial increased damage to my property, additional costs and danger to my family.</p> <p>I've made more than 20 follow up calls, including escalating to managers, dealing directly with vendors. Yesterday on at least 3 occasions I was a assured that plumbers would begin attending to the problem - for the third time the plumbers confirmed this is not so.</p>
