Unable to obtain std 3rd party no claim letter

Good day,<br> <br> I called Dial direct to obtain a letter to notify a 3rd party that I will not be claiming from Dial direct. Dial direct sent me a letter notifying the 3rd party that I am insured with Dial direct (DD) and not what was required which was that I am not claiming from them. I then discussed with DD that the letter they sent was incorrect and did not address the query. DD then sent me my welcome pack which is a comprehensive document with all my cover included. After advising them that this is still not correct, they now notified me that a letter will have to be typed out (which is what I requested in the first place) and that it will take 24 hours. All I need is a one liner on a letterhead. Does DD not have such a resource. <br> <br> Regards<br> A. Naidoo<br>
