Unable to claim for Unspecified Portable Possessions

On the 03/03/2017 I submit a claim for my Cellphone under my Unspecified Portable Possession Household Insurance. The claim was submitted and it was decline due to that I am unable claim from my Unspecified Portable Possessions but I am asking why I am unable to claim from my Unspecified Portable Possessions as per my Insurance documents state that I can as long as it’s under the amount of R4500.00 and the cell cost about R3500.00. I am still disputing the claim but no agent at Dial Direct cannot tell me why I am unable to claim form Unspecified Portable Possessions. When I spoke to the agent Tersia Nel to explain to me why I am unable to claim from my Unspecified Portable Possession she referred me to the T&C of portable possession as I tried to explain to Tersia that only specified portable possession is explain when you specify the portable possession. In last year October 2015 I tried also to claim for my cellphones that is damage and I only what to fixed it spoke to kasiefa and she advise me that I am also unable to claim for Cellphones but when I ask her also about the Unspecified portable Possession she state that my goods is more than R5000.00 and the one Cellphone the IPhone 4s was under R45000.00 she also cannot explain to me why I cannot claim for Unspecified portable Possession. When I took out the insurance in 2011 I was explain that as long as the cellphones is under R4000.00 I can claim for it Under Unspecified Portable Possessions. Until today nobody at Dial Direct can explain to me why I cannot or why do I have it on my household Insurance if I cannot claim for it because what I know is that ounce your devices is under R4500.00 you can claim for it. Since I started disputing the claim and questioned it why I can claim under Unspecified Portable Possession Tersia Nel never came back to me with a positive answer as I advise them that they need to explain to me in black and white on legal document like the T&C. I feel that they need to have a look into this contract as a lot of people will not understand why they cannot claim for Unspecified Portable possession and the way I understand the meaning of portable possession is anything that you as person have on you like your cellphones as that is part of your daily that you also carry with you. I needs this resolved as I now trying to sort this out for the past month and nobody will assist me and I am tired of explaining this thing over and over all that they can say is nothing and I need answer why I cannot claim for Unspecified Portable Possession on my Household Insurance.
