Twrrible service from dial direct

I took out a motor waranty plan from dial direct to cover mechanical and electrical breakdowns. My car had a problem and i put in a claim only for dial direct to reject the claim with the excuse that tje specific part is not covered by the policy. I wond advice anyone to take out any insurance from dial direct, they are quick to deduct premiums but do not help when assistance is required
