Two policies one car bad

Bad bad bad.... There ain't no other words to express my unsatisfied reaction to a bunch of *********** people. What is happening in South Africa. Nobody has pride anymore. So I signed up for car insurance. All of a sudden I have two policies on one vechile. I have tried the whole of last week to cancel the one policy. I d be stupid to insure one car twice. Well cancelation is something they don't do at dial direct. Four times I ve spoken to the right people and was promised results and not given any. Again no way to join dial direct unless u want to spend your days on phones with them
