Twenty good years with Dialdirect - Thank you!

I have been a client of Dialdirect since 2005. I cancelled it today, simply because I got a slightly better deal from another company. I claimed from Dialdirect only once in all this time and they were BRILLIANT. Thank you for 20 years of excellent service and always being so professional. I wish you all the best as a company and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience...
