Treatment of Non-Claiming Cusomers
With Car &House Hold insurance of +/-3 years and almost no claims I received my second premium increase of 22% (my first exceeding 10%).
I've called they can offer no explanation why after building up 3 year contributions cost grow 22% for a non-claimer.
If you're treated this poorly as a non-claimer I can only imagine the day you claim....
I'm clearly subsidizing claiming members.
If you're a non-claimer do not join this insurer, If you have regular accidents I would recommend them.
The result will be that as a non-claimer I'll probably resign.
Virgin Money If you want to reduce the amount of non-claiming members in your risk pool, this is exactly the way to go!

(Supplier name changed from Virgin Insurance to Dialdirect by Hellopeter.com)
