Towing expenses

Dialdirect is the worst when coming to communication. I had a breakdown and was told I could only be towed to the nearest dealer which was 5km away and I wanted to take the car to my own mechanic who was 22km away. Iwas told they going to cover only 5km then I had to pay the difference to the service provider. When you are taking out the insurance they will tell you that they will tow you to your preferred workshop without explaining this nonsense of the nearest dealer. Clear explanation is needed on the towing services and the financial implications
