Totally useless emergency line when one needs it!

Friday evening my wife and baby was involved in an accident, when i arrived on the scene we called dial directs emergency number for assisting in receiving towing authorization. Wow neither me nor the towing service provider were able to get through for nearly 2 hours, leaving everyone standing on the highway in the rain. I dialed another number on their website and got through to medical emergencies and was informed that someone will call me back, if we did not dialed and dialed and eventually got through i would have still been waiting for the call today! <br> <br> Seems like it's better not to get involved in an accident when you are insured with dial direct!! Cause the premiums get deducted religiously, but the service that follows seems to be BAD to say the least!
