Dial Direct is one of the worst providers of service. My insurance on my vehicle spiked to quite a bit without any notification to me. I contacted the call center n spoke to Bradley Naidoo.. Who confirmed that he understood my frustration but almost guarantees me there is nothing he can do to reverse the difference in the premium. I never received any email from DIAL direct in terms of the premium hike.

This is pathetic service. I WANT THIS REVERSED.
