Dial Direct claim approved and sent my business vehicle to their panel beater of choice after I had advised them that the panel beater had a bad reputation on delivery and they insisted quoting their policy. The vehicle has been with the panel beater for 3months and no end in site instead the panel beater keeps on differing the date of completion.
