This business process doesn't work properly!!!
WARNING: Dial Direct's vehicle damage assessment and claims process does not provide accurate damage assessment.<br> <br> I had an accident and need to have the rear bumper replaced and other repairs completed. Dial-Direct does not want to process the claim. The reason: the cost to repair is less than the policy excess--policy excess is currently R3900.<br> <br> I had the damage assessed by three independent panel-beaters (all accredited to do the repairs on my make of vehicle). Each of the independent assessors had a similar quotation for repairs and cited the same replacement parts
