Last week they broke into my husbands bakkie and stole my handbag laptop and IPad all ensured specified items except for my handbag they made go and get Quotation for both the iPad and laptop just to tell m this morning they are not even paying out half of what my spesiefied items are insured for then they tell me its because it was ****** from the cabin and not the boot how on earth can you say that this is the amount that will be paid out because it was not in the boot this is totally unacceptable and they just pull up there shoulders and say that's how it is!!! I will move from Virgin insurance they make themselves look so good because of Zero % access be very care full of them utterly disgusted with the service i received from them very annoyed at this time very bad company to have your goods insured!!!!
