They were friendly, efficient and straight to the point. I only dealt with one person through the whole process, no transfer of calls. I spoke with Ian and he was great, knowledgeable, professional and very clear over the phone with the questions and what was needed of me. What also made the process more efficient is that I was given the opportunity to go Dialdirect app on my cellphone and look at more options to tweak my policy and make it more comprehensive or get more information regarding my policy.
