They never call back, for the fact that you have to use the app for everything while the app itself it’s complicated. I have been trying to upload my car track certificate without the option being on the app which they increase my premium after 7 days which they did and seems like it’s my fault while their app it’s so difficult to use and can never edit anything and some of the things are missing. Worst app and insurance ever used this far
