THEY DONT REFUND ME MY MONEY

I cancelled my insurance on the 19th of October because I has sold my car. I asked them which documents they would like to see as proof that I have sold my car, and I sent the documents to them. I have since been reminding them about my refund and have not responded. I am so disgusted with their service. They are so quick to deduct our monies but never want to pay us. SIES on you
