they dont look after their clients

i was in a an accident ealry June, a kid with out a liscence jumped a stop street and stop right in front of me after hearing my tyres screaming, now dial direct abandoned my case becuase they feel it was my fault for the inncident. only after i phoned them last week on the 1st of november was i informed about this as they had never even let me know about it.
