They are refusing to pay
I’m so Disappointed and dissatisfied with DialDirect.
I took comprehensive cover with them and I was told that everything was covered including theft,fire and damage. 2 weeks back my car was ****** and I have sent them all the footage and necessary information but today I’m told that my Tiguan will not be covered in the theft.
This is not an insurance company that I would recommend to any of my friends or to my wort enemy because they are trying to do me dirty but I’m not pulling to take them head on on this claim. There’s no way that I can be so faithful to them but they want to treat me like this.
Dial Direct is now my no.1 Enemy.
The lady who pretended to assist me was Sesharika Naidoo/ Rangunathan. Never seen such pretence in my life.
Now I’m requesting voice recordings of when I took the cover and I’m bieng told to wait.
Such a ridiculous company!!!
