Theron was amazing

Theron was amazing. Explained everything so that even a toddler could understand. Went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of. A good guy with a great personality. Really a pleasure to speak and interact with somebody like that in this world where service is basically a no show. As I said, a pleasure to interact with him.
