There's a consultant and his name is Areef Meah

There's a consultant and his name is Areef Meah. His customer service is excellent. I once called Dial Direct with a query and ensured that I was assisted even if he was not the one dealing with the query and he sent an email to confirm that my query was resolved. Since then, whenever I have a query I send him an email instead of contacting Dial Direct and he responds within minutes with a solution. I can definitely say that I will continue to be a Dial Direct client because of Areef's excellent customer service.
