Theft
<p>I had a burst geyser at my property. I asked 14 times for the old geyser to remain on the property. The plumber then took the old geyser with him</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been pushed from pillar to post trying to get my geyser back. Dial Direct used a company called 24Fix to do the work and they too are refusing to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Added to this, the plumber had to be called back 3 times due to poor workmanship and the geyser not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now signed up with another insurance company and Dial Direct loses R2000 a month. I advise all readers to avoid Dial Direct and 24Fix at all costs.</p>

26 Aug 2016, 05:30A week later and my geyser has not been returned. I have sent out requests for quotes from other insurance companies and this will be my last month with Dial Direct.
I will also file a charge of theft against Dial Direct and 24Fix. You can't take someone's property and go and sell it for s****. It's theft.
