The worst experience

I’m insured with dial direct and unfortunately some of my contents were ****** and they amounted over 30k and after struggling so much with the claim process. My claim was finalised today and they will only pay me 2k saying that I’m under insured and they didn’t even make an inventory list while taking the insurance to make sure that I’m appropriately insured. I don’t recommend it for anyone in-fact I feel ******
