The service was good, however they took a bit long to respond to my dealership for authorization of my vehicle service

The service was good, however they took a bit long to respond to my dealership for authorization of my vehicle service. As a result I had to rebook my vehicle for the following day for a service. But I was happy with the service at the end of the day and the fact that they paid for all components required except for the coolant of which I don't complain.
