The nominated panel beating is disappointing me.
I have recently made my first claim and I’m happy with the service, my claim was approved very fast I just have a problem with the panel beater that was nominated for me, it was just a head light which was broken and a minor dent…I took it in on the 19th even today I still don’t have my car with me, for me to get communicated to is when I make a call they don’t even communicate at all. I love my insurance and I’m happy with them but your nominated carlson Autobody and they are giving me a hard time.😭😭😭😭😭they are inconveniencing me big time.
