THE MOST FRUSTRATING SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel the vehicle insurance for days now and I get to talk to a consultant but once I tell them that I want to cancel they just put me on hold for hours. My car has mechanical problems and to think that I wanted to insure my new car with them!! I do not recommend them.
