<p>Dial direct is the best! Got quoted, i accepted the quote, left my insurer, 6 days after joining dial direct, i got an accident. Submited my claim. In a week and a half my claim was approved. Dial direct staff is professional and helpful. Credit to Carel Stander and his team. Just as per my policy schedule, everything in black and white. No new stories when claiming. I am a happy premium payer as i am certain that i will be helped should anything happen to my insured item. I rate dial direct 10/10</p>
