The best customer service given Zethu Mlotha of Dialdirect!!!!

<p>I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Zethu Mlotha of Dialdirect who helped sooo much this morning with a call I made to obtain help on my policy. She was beyond helpful, every last thing I asked her for, she helped me with and it was a whole lot that I required. She did everything I asked for with the best customer service I have ever received!!! Thank you Zethu, you have no idea how you touched me in the way you helped me, win or lose my matter, the way you helped me brought me to tears, you were very compassionate and for the first time in 2 years I feel like there by some light at the end of my tunnel!! I really, really appreciate your help. You responded to each query in record time and did the most to help me! I cannot praise you enough!!! Thank you, thank you and then thank you some more!!!</p>
