Thanks so much to Deon from Telesure who handled by DialDirect Insurance Claim so promptly and smoothly. This has been the easiest claim experience and best customer service I have received from any industry in a very long time. Thank you Dial Direct and especially Deon Pretorius! This has been the first time I have claimed and they couldn't have done it any better. Thanks for taking off a piece of stress from an awful situation.
