I recently had a car accident and needed to have the vehicle fixed. I contacted my insurers, Dialdirect, who allocated me a Claims Processing Consultant by the name of Ms Nontombi Tsomo. I dare say I received first class service. The claim process was seamless; the car is back to the original position i.e. there is no way you can tell it was involved in an accident; and I had to do more or less nothing.
