Thanking Mohamed Bux of Dialdirect

Good day I am writing to thank Mohamed Bux, Retentions Manager, at Dialdirect for all his help and assistance during what was a very difficult time for us. Due to COVID, my husband and I [like so many others] were going through a very difficult financial period, and were not able to pay our car insurance for around 6 months. We contacted Mohamed Bux at Dialdirect and explained the situation. He was extremely helpful and understanding, and went out of his way to make provisions to assist us throughout this difficult time. Now that we are back on our feet again, we would like to send out a huge and special THANK YOU to Mohamed and Dialdirect!
