I was fortunate to be assisted by Kim -Allen Fortuin for my policy review request. She is stunning at her job. Kim listens with understanding which I really appreciated. She knows the products and features & benefits offered by Dial Direct and followed up and got back to me when she needed to. This may seem like it's all in a days work but is not always the case when it comes to service levels we experience these days. It is for this that Kim deserves to be commended and applauded for sincerely and graciously doing a sterling job.
