Terrible service from this insurance

My car was towed to a workshop by dial direct& had half tank petrol but when I went to fetch the car from the workshop it was empty(no petrol) , my car damaged and engine parts ****** from my car by the so called RMI approved workshop and dial direct just gives me a run around, they don't want want to account for their mistakes

Very terrible service I'm receiving from dial direct and now I have to fix my car for more than R10 000 from my own pocket,
