Terrible service

A car crashed into my car two weeks back. I was in the right, I had witnesses who willingly testified. I immediately called them to tow the car and lodge a claim. The process has been terrible. From submitting AR number and Case number to them investigating me, etc. I have had to call them constantly for updates, they keep requesting unnecessary information for ensure the claim is valid. They keep fishing for information to try and invalidate the claim. Worst client service. Do not under any circumstances consider DialDirect.
