Terrible customer service
They don't even deserve a single star. The worst customer service!! Quick to call when you want to a call back thinking you are a prospective customer and boom when, they discover that the call is claim related they take you from pillar to post with the rudest consultants who don't even care they just leave on the line and hang up!
