Terrible claims process

<p>On the 6th January 2017 I was ****** at gunpoint by a group of men who took my macbook phone watch and wallet. I reported this to the Douglasdale police station and recieved a case number etc. On the same day i submitted my claim to Dial Direct since then I have not received a single update on the claim and i always have to call them in order to be told that they need proof of ownership which I told them that I only have photographic proof as i buy most of my items on Gumtree cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is TOTALLY annoying having to wait this long. Auto and General settled a ****** TV claim for me within 3 days and I never called them once.</p>
