Telesure - Worst Insurance company ever - Do not use them ever.

I have a value added Scratch and dent product with Dial Direct. I made a claim 2 weeks ago for a few scratches on my car. My claim was rejected because I claimed after 30 days of the incident. How can a scratch and dent policy have a time limit to claim.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first time I have an issue with this company. They are also stalling on paying back my access for an accident caused by 1 of their clients in November 2017. It's almost a year now and they still haven't got back to me. I have escalated this and all they do is take their time with the legal process.

8 years ago, I was insured with them and had lightening damage at my home. They refused to pay for damaged items. This cost me over 50K with no payback or assistance from Dial Direct.

If you have another option please use them. Even if it costs you more as paying Dial Direct or any of the Telesure companies for that matter, is an absolute waste of money and time as they are the worst to pay back when needed.
