Talk about being ****med professionally

Had a break in at my house. Lodged a claim and Arusha asked me to send pictures to prove I really own the things I'm claiming for. Today to top it up I was told they aren't gonna pay for my tvs because I do not have proof I even own a tv at all. My bags they are not even sure I can afford such things, not their words but something along the lines. So I do not own a tv, bags or anything at all. Why was I paying household insurance????♀️ I'm not sure if it's because I'm black or its their procedure. Asking for proof after the effect not before. Anyway since I already made peace I'll just take whatever they throw on my face which is not even 25% of the loss. Ladies keep the slips of those bras u might have to prove u have breast later
