taking money with no service
I ended my car insurance with Dial Direct in 2011. They still debited money from my account to this day for a value added service i had no idea i had. Every month money for 4 years was debited and even more money debited this month- so i investigated. Not a single sms or phone call or email or letter in 4 years telling me about this policy or product. They just kept taking money!
