Taken my money without any policy.

I canceled my policy with then 2 months ago. Every month I have to call then to refund my money cause they have *********** people working at dial direct. Costing me money on phone calls, call my bank, wasting my time to go to the bank to do reversal. When you cancel with these people make sure you have your documents in place they will ***** your money. They are *****'s to trust then.
