Swimming pool pipe leak due to 3.7 earth tremor

I have been noticing that my little splash pool is losing water recently and i actually didn't think much but i had to investigate and came to a decision to contact my insurance dial direct,i spoke to Delini she was so nonprofessional in taking the claim asking me if i knew what was wrong...obviously not i aint fixing pools!! so she submitted the claim and suburban investments contacted me they sent Pieter through to my home he left no report for me to see so i contacted him he wasn't helpful at all,so this morning i called their office and they say the pipe under paving could be leaking but they submitted the claim and i must wait,On the 16 June 2015 we experienced a 3.7 earth tremor around KZN that i definitely felt and tracking back on this issue i now know why this pipe is leaking...My conclusion this should be covered by dial direct as it is a natural disaster....i want closure and answers asap.
