On the 22.06.2015, round about 08:30 in the morning, I registered a claim with Dialdirect, my vehicle was assessed by 11:20 (the same day), my claim was approved the same day, the details of the company that was going to repair my vehicle were forwarded to me the same day. The following morning Jock Auto Body called to arrange a suitable date to repair my vehicle. I thought I was dreaming, fortunately, it was not a dream, it was great service from Dialdirect facilitated by Natalizeh. I truly extol her customer service skills to the skies. She under-promised and over-delivered.
